1. Educate yourself on nutrition and eat to nourish your body not to punish it

2. You don’t have to kill yourself to exercise. Be gentle and kind to your body. Train for function, not how you look. Train to be strong and fit

3. A good OP is great but don’t kill yourself at school. Find a balance

4. Find out what you love and make a career out of it. You can literally do anything

5. Don’t sunbake. Fake tan if you need to

6. Do stuff. Experience new things. Say yes. Even if you’re tired, if your hair isn’t washed, if your nails aren’t done – don’t miss out on experiences because of trivial things

7. Travel far and often. Immerse yourself in new cultures and meet new people

8. Take lots of photos and keep them

9. There are amazing people in the world. Find them and cherish them

10. Value your friendships. Having people in your life who have experienced everything with you is so incredibly special

11. Be kind. Do little things for your friends, family, and loved ones

12. Mum is always right and everything she does and says is because she loves you more than life itself. Love her back and treasure your relationship with her

13. Don’t be in a relationship to make you happy. Get happy and then be in a relationship

14. Don’t be scared to be vulnerable. If things don’t work out, time literally heals everything

15. You don’t have to spend time with toxic people. Be brave enough to walk away

16. That thing on your body you hate – guaranteed no one else is judging it as hard as you are. Get over it. Learn to accept it

17. Stop looking in the mirror so much. Staring at your thighs is not going to make them smaller

19. Everything has a consequence so think before you act

21. Life is mostly good, but sometimes it’s really shit. If it’s shit it will get better. So hang in there

22. Stress will come. Learn your way of dealing with it. Music, mediation, exercise – get it under control

23. Life goes fast. Treasure it. Stop thinking that happiness is in the next place, with the next person, or with the right body

24. Life also happens in the transitions, not just the big moments, so don’t forget to relish in the little stuff

25. Stop trying to figure out the meaning of life. The meaning of life is to live it. So get living
